Since 2017, Puganeswari has been deeply engaged with the Sri Murugan Centre (SMC), beginning her journey as a volunteer, later advancing as a Centre Organiser and National Program Coordinator, and today rising as a powerful National woman leader : PennSakthi.
Mentored and trained by Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. M. Thambirajah, the founder of SMC, she gained intense social transformation training rooted in both modern strategies and ancient wisdom. This unique integration enables her to blend timeless values with contemporary methods in leadership, education, and empowerment.
As the founder’s intellectual companion, she has co-created and produced numerous transformational materials, national programs, and impactful initiatives that continue to uplift communities. Her work reflects a balance of research-based knowledge, practical community action, and traditional wisdom, making her a bridge between heritage and progress
